I love how it has oodles of tips and things to do to prepare your garden for the upcoming season and what to do during that season. As well as specific monthly tasks for every part of the garden there are at-a-glance checklists expert plant advice and tips on organization including "Get Ahead" and "Is it Too Late? It also has ideas for creating both ornamental and nature features depending on the look and feel you want in your garden. Organised by month, this book breaks down complex information into 'things to do', 'last chance' reminders, and 'get ahead' tasks, before recommending seasonal plants that will bring colour to your plot, all while keeping one eye to the skies with a monthly 'weather watch' panel, and offering step-by-step instructions for new projects.This book will make gardening easier by providing helpful guidelines and realistic advice, so you can plan out your time efficiently and effectively. Probably not needed for the more knowledgeable gardeners but I would recommend it for those wanting to start out or need help learning to work seasonally in your garden.
