I would absolutely recommend trying my Gluten Free Brown Bread recipe (which comes in several recipe options to take account of other intolerances) and is very popular with my readers. I did it twice and what a waste of money time and ingredients both results were like bricks and could be used as a weapon. I just followed my normal bread making recipe and added a teasp of bicarbonate of soda to help the rising.
