Working with polymer clay has been a delight allowing me to experiment and discover new designs daily…
The polymer clay jewellery is made using a number of processes to create 'canes' (like a stick of rock at the sea side!!), which are then used to make the colourful beads, 'cooked' finished and finally strung, using glass beads and strong, flexible steel wire to form the necklaces.
The bracelet beads are generally made from tiny canes placed around a core, 'cooked' and threaded onto strong elastic. I also have a selection of rings, earrings and small bowls. Each item, due to the nature of the clay, is entirely unique and cannot be replicated.
